- If you’re trying our garbage bags for the first time, we recommend starting with a single pack to see if it’s the perfect fit for your needs before purchasing bundles or larger quantities.
- Refunds are processed once we receive the returned product. You’ll need to cover return postage costs (using a tracked service is recommended to avoid issues). Provide the tracking number to our team, and we’ll issue your refund promptly.
- This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through our Don’t Be Trashy website and is valid for first-time orders of a single pack or starter bundle. Multipacks and subscriptions are not eligible.
Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem, it happens!

Details:
- Orders not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund immediately.
- For shipped orders, you’ll need to return the items to us before we process your refund. Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
- Items must be unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is your responsibility.
- If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned to sender, a $9 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.

- Once a recurring order has been processed and charged, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, we can cancel any future recurring orders and charges.
Damaged Orders
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally, things can go awry. If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry – we’ll make it right!
Email us at help@dontbetrashy.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, the email used for the order, and clear photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement your way pronto – no hassle, no fuss!
